Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kinas Jewellery. We aim to get our handcrafted pieces to you as quickly and safely as possible.

​1. Shipment Processing Time

​All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

​If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially for our resin-cured pieces), we will notify you via email of any expected delays.

​2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

​We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee for all UK domestic orders, regardless of how many items you purchase.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to Royal Mail service interruptions.

​3. Order Tracking

​Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Confirmation Email. While standard 1st Class does not always provide door-to-door tracking, it includes a delivery confirmation number that we keep on file to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

​4. Damages

​Kinas Jewellery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and contact us immediately so we can assist you.
