Refund policy

1. Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to ship the item back to us.

2. Condition of Item

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn & Unused: The jewellery must not have been worn. For hygiene reasons (especially earrings), we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear.
  • Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must not be broken, scratched, or altered.
  • Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original Kinas Jewellery packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom/Bespoke Pieces: Any jewellery made specifically to your requirements or personalized items cannot be returned.

 

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the sealed packaging has been opened.

 

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at kinasjewellery@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
